Meet the Doctors

“I have had the opportunity to use this product on several of my patients and coupled with small dietary changes and moderate exercise, the results were overwhelmingly positive”.

Dr. Kipper MD runs a private patient practice out of Encinitas, CA. After undergraduate work at UCLA, where he received a BA in Microbiology, Dr. Kipper spent 5 years in the Ph.D. program in Immunology at UC San Francisco. He then matriculated to UCLA Medical School. Afterwards, he settled in San Diego where he completed his residency in Internal Medicine, in which he is Board Certified.

Dr. Alan Maisel MD

“I am excited about this product as it makes cold contouring affordable for everybody”.

Dr. Maisel is a Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego as well as the Director of the Coronary Care Unit and Heart Failure Program at the VA Medical Center in La Jolla, California. He is considered a world expert on cardiac biomarkers and has over 100 scientific publications. Dr. Maisel has authored several ground-breaking publications which have paved the way for BNP to become a diagnostic tool in congestive heart failure. He is active on the faculty at UCSD where he has won numerous teaching awards.

The Science

“Recent medical studies confirm that our fat, both the White Fat Cells and Brown Fat Cells are highly sensitive to cold” Dr. Alan Maisel, MD Cardiologist UC San Diego

The New England Journal of Medicine study tells us brown fat cells that are exposed to cold temperatures heat up and burn off as calories. Additional medical publications have discovered that when our white cells have been exposed to cold for prolonged periods of time they are compromised and die off. Both types of fat are processed out through the body over the next several weeks resulting in a reduction in the targeted area in just 4 to 6 weeks.

Our team is excited to have developed myCoolSlim in response to these scientific discoveries. myCoolSlim is a neoprene compression wrap specially designed to deliver a safe and effective cold temperature to stubborn areas of fat for 30 minutes per day. Now we are able to make it available to everyone as an alternative to expensive plastic surgery options.
